Biography
Chad A. Kelsch is the founder of Kelsch Law Firm P.A. and focuses his practice on Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law, and Construction Law. Chad approaches legal disputes from a creative problem-solving perspective, understanding that clients want an efficient resolution to their problems. He is able to achieve excellent results for his clients in large part because he has represented both sides in most matters, a huge advantage since he understands the positions parties take on various issues during the litigation process, the motivating forces behind those positions, and the relative strengths/weaknesses of those positions. With this critical understanding, Chad is able to craft creative solutions that match clients' expectations.
